1. Tube Shipping (for canvas works only)
Canvas artworks are rolled and packed in high-quality hard paper tubes, ideal for oversized pieces. This method ensures both shipping safety and cost efficiency.
Upon arrival, local framers can easily stretch the canvas (attaching it to wooden stretcher bars) or frame it.
2. Cardboard Box Shipping (small-sized stretched/framed art)
Artworks are flat-packed in sturdy, well-protected cardboard boxes, filled with high-standard cushioning materials to ensure stability during transit.

3. Crate Shipping (large-sized stretched/framed art)
Equipped with custom wooden crates, lined with international-standard cushioning materials to keep artworks secure during long-distance transport.
Crates are tightly sealed, providing museum-grade protection for large artworks.
The price includes shipping but not customs duties or taxes. Customers are liable for any import taxes and duties. Weâll assist with customs communication if needed.

Though we pack paintings in sturdy paper tubes for safe delivery, damage may occasionally occur.Critical steps if damage is found:
Step 1:
Ask the courier to endorse "damaged" on the waybill if the package shows signs of damage.
Retain the package after confirming damage with the courier.
Step 2:
- Photograph the damaged packaging (all sides) and artwork immediately.
- Send images to us along with your order detailsâweâll handle claims with the courier and arrange a replacement.
If the package is left at your door,skip step 1 and proceed directly to step 2.
Keep the damaged painting and packaging until the issue is resolved.
