Shipping Policy

Delivery Scope

We deliver to all valid postal addresses worldwide. Please ensure your address includes a complete street name, city, and postal/ZIP code. Depending on inventory or location, orders may ship in multiple packages for safety and logistics purposes.

Shipping Costs

All hand painted canvas painting orders are free express shipping—no minimum purchase required.

Fulfillment Timeline

Production Process: Each hand-painted canvas is crafted by our artists, requiring:
  • 14 business days for painting
  • 5–7 business days for drying, framing, and quality inspection
Estimated Shipping Times (after production):
  • USA/Canada: 7–10 business days
  • Australia/New Zealand: 5–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–7 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–10 business days
Total Fulfillment Time:

Approximately 25–30 business days (including creation and inspection).
Note: Fulfillment is an estimate. Delays may occur due to warehouse capacity, customs, weather, or courier issues. Custom orders with revisions may take longer.

Oversized Artwork Notice

For pieces with dimensions exceeding:
  • 118" (300 cm) on any side, or
  • Standard shipping limits (e.g., >78" / 200 cm width)
Shipping Restrictions:
  • Express shipping may not be available.
  • Delivery may require special handling, customer pickup, or extended logistics (2–3 months).
Costs:
We will contact you to confirm options. Special delivery services may incur additional fees.

Priority Finishing

Upgrade at checkout to shorten production time by up to 7 days.
  • Applies only to painting/drying stages (not shipping).
  • Non-refundable; subject to revision delays or courier issues.

Shipping Methods

  • Framed Art: Shipped via UPS/DHL Express (securely packed in cardboard or museum-grade wooden crates).
  • Rolled Canvas: Shipped via TNT/FedEx/UPS Express.
    Note: Express shipping unavailable for art >118" / 300 cm on any side.

Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch (up to 24 hours to activate).
  • Track orders via your VisualArti account or courier link.

Address Changes

  • Before shipping: Email info@visualarti.com to request changes.
  • After shipping: Address updates cannot be guaranteed. We will assist per courier policies.

Delivery & Liability

  • Standard Service: Curbside delivery (no inside placement).
  • Heavy/Oversized Items: Customers must arrange unloading/transportation.
  • Damage Liability: VisualArti is not responsible for post-delivery handling damage.

Duties & Taxes

  • Shipping is included, but customs duties/import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Rates vary by country; check local regulations before ordering.

Additional Notes

  • No P.O. Box deliveries.
  • Incomplete addresses may cause delays.
  • We are not liable for customs/weather/courier-related delays.
